Shelly Ann Fleck founded Badlands Integrity Group in 2006 with a mission to provide high-quality safety compliance solutions to companies of all sizes. In the early days of the business, she operated from her car—traveling across North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming—to personally support clients in the field.


With a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, Shelly Ann specializes in compliance audits, writing custom safety programs and policies, and helping companies navigate complex regulations related to OSHA, MSHA, and other industry standards—particularly in the energy sector.


Her dedication, hands-on approach, and expertise have made her a trusted advisor and a driving force behind Badlands Integrity Group’s continued growth and success.

Randy

(Training Manager)

Randy Fleck joined Badlands Integrity Group in 2007 as Training Manager, bringing expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to advancing workplace safety. With a focus on hands-on education, Randy conducts mock safety audits and delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual safety meetings, along with specialized training programs such as RigPass, OSHA, and MSHA.


Whether offering training at our facility or traveling directly to client locations, Randy tailors each session to meet industry-specific needs. He is highly respected across the safety training community for his practical knowledge, engaging instruction style, and unwavering dedication to promoting safe work environments.

Donna

(Clinic Admin)

Based at our corporate office in Dickinson, ND, Donna Rangitsch has been a valued member of Badlands Integrity Group since 2011. With over a decade of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Donna plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the company. She manages clinic administration and fingerprinting services, and serves as our Third-Party Administrator (TPA), overseeing the drug and alcohol consortium for companies across the United States. Donna also coordinates nationwide testing services, ensuring clients meet all regulatory requirements with precision and reliability.


In addition, Donna is responsible for maintaining compliance for Team Alert—a vital service required by many top-tier oil and trucking companies. Her efforts ensure that all aspects of Team Alert are current and accurate, including statistical data reports, audit preparation, and regulatory documentation. Through her attention to detail and proactive approach, Donna helps our clients stay fully compliant with industry standards, reinforcing their operational readiness and commitment to workplace safety.

Oksana Kilic joined the Badlands Integrity Group corporate office in 2015 as a Database Administrator. Over the past 10 years, she has become a vital part of the team, managing 13 essential safety compliance databases for the oil, gas, construction and mining industries— including platforms such as ISNetworld, Veriforce One, PEC, ComplyWorks, and Ariba, among others.


Her strong commitment to data accuracy, system security, and collaborative teamwork has made her an invaluable asset to the organization and a trusted resource for clients navigating industry

compliance requirements.

Irene Olson plays a key role in ensuring companies remain compliant with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, particularly within the transportation industry. As a dedicated Safety and Compliance Administrator, she oversees vital areas including driver qualifications, safety training, vehicle inspections, and regulatory reporting. Her thorough approach and attention to detail help clients establish strong safety practices while staying aligned with federal and state requirements.


In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Irene collaborates closely with government agencies to assist clients in navigating the often complex and evolving landscape of transportation regulations. Her expertise and proactive support ensure that businesses not only meet compliance standards but also foster a culture of safety and accountability. Irene’s commitment helps companies maintain smooth operations, avoid costly penalties, and build trust within the industry.

Brian

(Bismarck Admin)

Brian Johnson joined Badlands Integrity Group in 2018 and is based out of our Bismarck, ND branch. Specializing in fingerprinting services, Brian plays a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable identity verification for clients.


In addition to his technical expertise, Brian contributes to the company’s marketing and business development efforts, helping to grow the Badlands Integrity Group brand and expand its reach. His versatility and commitment make him a valuable asset to our team.

April

(Substance Collector)

April Foth joined Badlands Integrity Group in 2024 and has quickly become a valuable member of our Bismarck, ND team. Specializing in drug and alcohol testing, April is dedicated to ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance in every test she conducts.


Whether it’s urine analysis (UA) or hair testing, April plays a key role in supporting our clients’ workplace safety and regulatory requirements.

Dr. Bryon Knutson

(DC)

Badlands Integrity Group is proud to partner with Dr. Bryon Knutson, DC, a trusted healthcare professional in the Dickinson community. Since relocating to Dickinson, ND, in 2000, Dr. Knutson has been serving the region through his practice, Prairie Hills Chiropractic.


As a Certified DOT Medical Examiner, Dr. Knutson provides DOT physicals to ensure commercial drivers meet essential health and safety standards. His extensive experience and patient-centered care make him a valuable partner in supporting the well-being and compliance of our clients.
