The staff was friendly and efficient. Even though the new fingerprint system was having issues, they were able to process my TSA Pre-check information using their older system. It was nice that they had a backup process.

've been here a few times; it's been pleasant both times, of course. The first time I was there for 4 hours; this time, maybe an hour and a half?

These Instructors are GREAT!!! They take the time to know you and training to your specific job title. BIG cares that we come home at the end of the day. There are these popup next day calling them Safety Consultants or Trainer are a joke Badlands has been here over 10 years. I know if I return there they will remember me and treat me like family
